  Turning a New Page    May, 2012
 
Bet you guys thought that you would not be hearing from me again... Not so.   I've been on hietus for a few months pondering to myself as to what I would focus on in the future. 

I obviously intend to push my career ahead and further develop my business, but I also knew that I wanted to change direction in how I communicate with the people.

My thoughts were -- Do I just close down my commentary and fade into the background or do I push the envelope and shake up the process and forge ahead with some new ideas.

Posting on-line has some inherent risks... mainly because I like to speak my piece and lay it on line with the readership.   I'm a "no-bull" kind of person and I tend to ruffles feather and steps on toes.    Mind you -- I don't step on toes -- people put their toes under my feet by doing stupid and dis-ingenuous things... (wink)


SO, I made a decision to resume building content here.  But I'm going to do it in a new way.  I'm going to work up content based on video.   That right -- I'm going to be that "in your face" publisher by litterly being in your face.    Some of you may be amused.... some of you may be shocked....   some of you may find it an embarressment....    in any case, it's just going to be the incarnation of the real me.   It will be more than just words on a page.   You can read words, but I'd rather you read me directly.  And I'm going to give you that opportunity.

My primary focus will be on China issues (since I am residing in China) and I'm going to reflect back to the 10 years that I spent in Thailand.   So, I will tie in my discusion to those years up to the present.   I've been here in China about a year and a half now and I'm just now beginning to unravel the real stories behind the stories.   So, I hope to bring you some interesting thoughts and perhaps some sights that will bring you in close to the country and it's people.

OK -- so, for the next step....  This site will be relocated in the next week to a new server.   I'll begin to experiement with some uploaded video clips.   With any luck, the hardware I have here will render a result that is reasonable to watch....  I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my new venture will be met with pleasing results.
